Returning your Cosatto product? Our returns process is simple.
Changed your mind? Just pack your product away in its original packaging, contact us by e-mail at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll arrange to pick it up.
Please note for postcodes starting with BT we can collect direct from your door, for all other Irish postcodes you will need to pack up your order, attach the provided returns label and drop it off at your local post office.
As soon as we get it back we’ll check it’s in good saleable condition, then credit you in full for the product.
