Free Returns

Returning your Cosatto product? Our returns process is simple.

Changed your mind? Just pack your product away in its original packaging, contact us by e-mail at cuddle@cosatto.com with your order number and we’ll arrange to pick it up.

Please note for postcodes starting with BT we can collect direct from your door, for all other Irish postcodes you will need to pack up your order, attach the provided returns label and drop it off at your local post office.

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

As soon as we get it back we’ll check it’s in good saleable condition, then credit you in full for the product. 

Big Items

Once you have arranged collection from your local post office. When we get it back, we’ll check it’s in new unused condition, then credit you in full for the product.

Small Items

If you change your mind on items such as accessories or spare parts we offer a free post returns service.

Once back here your refund will be issued. Please note all refunds can take 5-7 working days from the date we receive
